MOVE Health & Fitness is a modern gym and fitness centre in the Applegate Centre in Shandon, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. It combines a fully equipped gym floor with personal training, a team training area and a sports rehab clinic.

A timetable of coached classes runs alongside open gym access, including circuits, strength and sweat sessions, a lunchtime class, Fit with Angela, and a physio-led strength class for over 55s. Membership is flexible, from one-week passes to rolling 12-month direct debit, with student and OAP rates and class passes.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday 06:00-21:00, Saturday 09:00-15:00 and Sunday 09:00-14:00.
