Move

Move is a boutique movement studio offering classical Pilates in small groups, with a strong focus on the Reformer alongside Tower, Cadillac, chair, barrel and mat work. Rooted in the original Joseph Pilates method, classes are taught in a serene, welcoming space with attentive, hands-on instruction and a maximum of eight clients in beginner sessions.

The timetable runs from a Move Beginner class and Level 1 progression classes through to a restricted Level 2 intermediate class, plus Tower classes and a four-week beginner Reformer course, all 45 minutes long. Yoga, mat classes and infrared sessions complete the offering.

Whether you are new to Pilates, returning from injury or refining your practice, the emphasis is on core strength, posture, alignment and body awareness. Classes are not suitable for pregnant clients or those less than 12 weeks postpartum.
