MP Yoga is a community-focused yoga practice founded by Marta Pasieczny, a 200hr-trained teacher with over 25 years of experience teaching mindful movement.

Classes run in community halls and studios across Counties Longford and Cavan, including Longford, Edgeworthstown, Granard, Ballymahon, Moyne, Moydow, Aughnacliffe and Arva, with morning and evening sessions throughout the week.

The timetable covers yoga for beginners, all-levels yoga and chair yoga for seniors and those with mobility challenges, plus live online classes via Zoom. MP Yoga also teaches Earth Element: The Path of Life, an original conscious-movement class that builds coordination and stability and is open to everyone, including during pregnancy.

Seasonal workshops, private one-to-one and group sessions, and yoga holidays abroad round out the offer.
