Nio Taekwon-Do Newbridge is a martial arts and fitness club founded in 2013 by Master Hong Looi (VII Degree Black Belt) and Ms. Sabina Mason (VI Degree Black Belt), both with over 37 years of Taekwon-Do experience and World and European Championship medals.

Classes are held for juniors (6-12), teens and adults (13+) in Taekwon-Do, plus a mixed-level Ladies & Gents Fitness HIIT class using bodyweight and kettlebell exercises. Instructors are Garda vetted, first aid trained and child protection certified, and the club has produced 18 black belts, including world and European champions.

Training focuses on fitness, flexibility, self-defence, discipline and confidence, with optional competitive Taekwon-Do.
