North West Fitness Academy is a Mayo fitness studio founded in 2016 by co-founders Ciaran and Brian, who opened in Crossmolina and Foxford in the same week. It is built around busy adults who want to feel more confident and build lasting habits, with coaches guiding members step by step.

Training options include large-group metabolic conditioning sessions of 45 minutes, boxing and conditioning classes, semi-private training for up to six people with individual workouts, live-streamed Zoom sessions, and online nutrition coaching with accountability.

The atmosphere is social and encouraging, with all fitness levels working at their own pace under the motto "Enjoy the Journey".
