Oileán Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio on the Ring of Kerry in Valentia, Co. Kerry, founded in 2022 by Laura O'Sullivan, a UCD-trained physiotherapist and APPI-qualified Pilates teacher who grew up on Valentia Island.

The studio offers both Mat and Reformer Pilates, with classes graded from beginner through improvers, intermediate and Levels 1-3 on the reformer, plus a dedicated Pilates for Men class. Sessions focus on core strength, coordination, flexibility and posture, with clear technique guidance and a welcoming small-community feel.

Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, and members praise the structured programming, back-pain relief and supportive teaching. Classes can be booked online, and gift vouchers are available.
