Pilates & Biomechanics in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal is led by Aine Crossan, a neuromuscular therapist and pain management specialist with over 20 years of experience. Her classes bring that rehabilitation background into a holistic, whole-body Pilates practice.

Classes run in 5-week blocks at Letterkenny Community Centre and the Letterkenny Hospitals Staff Sports & Social Club, with drop-ins available and live Zoom classes at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

Beyond group classes, Aine offers online 1-2-1 consultations and a step-by-step Pain Management Programme built around a personal Pain Management Map, along with workshops, courses and speaking engagements for acute and chronic pain.
