Pilates Donegal is a small-group Mat and Reformer Pilates studio run by instructor Oonagh McDevitt, based at Portnason, Ballyshannon in south Donegal. Classes run Monday to Saturday with morning and evening options, last 50 minutes, and are adapted to each person's level, with dedicated 'Start Here' classes for beginners and those returning after a break.

The studio is spacious and fully equipped with Reformers and small props, and also offers a men-only Reformer class and private 1:1 sessions for injury recovery, pain management or nervous beginners. Oonagh brings 26 years of personal Pilates practice and over 10 years of teaching experience, with an Advanced Diploma in Pilates and Exercise Referral training.

Classes are booked online through the Gymcatch app with flexible rescheduling, and discounted intro offers are available for Reformer, Mat and private sessions.
