Pilatesbody

Pilatesbody is a boutique Pilates studio founded in Munich in 2002 by Michaela, who has taught authentic Pilates for around 25 years. The studio follows Joseph Pilates' original Contrology method, enriched with STOTT PILATES® Merrithew, and has the full range of classical equipment: Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels and mat work.

Training options include one-to-one personal training for specific goals or limitations, group classes for fit clients, and tailored corporate fitness programmes. Statutory health-insured clients can use §20-subsidised prevention courses, and the on-demand platform Pilatesbodyworld supports training at home.

Pilatesbody is also Germany's only licensed STOTT PILATES® training centre, offering internationally recognised, modular instructor certifications for all levels. The focus is on slow, controlled movement in your own breathing rhythm, centring and deep core activation, with precision over repetitions.

Clients describe individual, varied sessions with a strong sense of care and expertise.
