Polercise Dundalk

Polercise Dundalk bills itself as Dundalk's first and only pole dance studio, open since October 2008. It runs structured weekly pole courses across levels 1-9, with evening classes Monday to Saturday (roughly 6-9 PM) and Saturday morning sessions from 10 AM to 1 PM.

Beyond the core pole classes, the timetable includes strength and conditioning, flexibility, burlesque, and a Pole X Pilates offering. Private lessons are available for one-to-one coaching.

The studio also hosts workshops covering choreography, chair and burlesque, pole tricks, floorwork and handstands, plus hen party packages, stage pole hire, and social events such as photoshoots, showcases and nights out.
