POWER Cork sits in the foyer of The Dean hotel at Horgan's Quay and combines training and recovery under one roof. The club has a full gym floor, two training studios and a thermal suite with a 10m hydrotherapy pool, cedar sauna and eucalyptus steam room, plus luxury changing rooms and a Boditrax and Hyperice recovery suite.

The timetable covers six class disciplines of around 45 minutes, including Power Run, Power Box, Power Pedal, Power Climb, Power MetCon, Power Flow, HYROX-inspired training and Power Restore (mat Pilates and mobility).

One membership at €149 per month includes unlimited classes plus gym floor and thermal suite access, while class credits and day passes are available for non-members.
