Progressive Fitness Ballyshannon

Progressive Fitness Ballyshannon (Pro-Fit) is a coaching-led gym in Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal, focused on personalised small group training rather than simply access to equipment. Coaches guide each session, with at least three on the floor for classes, so members get individual attention alongside the energy of training with others.

Programmes are adapted around each person's ability, injury history and goals, and regular check-ins, progress tracking and coaching feedback keep members consistent. Multiple weekly training times make it easier to fit sessions around work and family, and simple, sustainable nutrition coaching is offered without strict diets.

The studio also runs a 6-week challenge and invites newcomers to book a free phone consultation. With over 100 five-star reviews, members praise the friendly, inclusive atmosphere and supportive team.
