Pure Yoga With Fiona

Pure Yoga with Fiona is a small yoga studio in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, led by Fiona, who holds a 500-hour teaching qualification and has trained in Vinyasa, aerial yoga, menopausal yoga and neuroanatomy. Classes are mixed and open to all abilities, from beginners to intermediate and advanced practitioners.

The approach centres on stillness, breath and focus rather than athletic postures, leaving the ego at the door. Classes are socially distanced, and the site offers a timetable, an overview of yoga styles and information on the benefits of yoga.
