Purely Yoga Enniskerry Road

Purely Yoga is a yoga and Pilates centre in Blackrock, Co. Dublin, with online classes as well. Its welcoming, all-levels approach includes Ashtanga, strong flow, mat Pilates (levels 1 and 2), pregnancy and post-natal classes, mother and baby sessions, and kids and teen yoga, including programmes for Montessori schools and PE curricula.

Group classes run in small numbers, with private one-to-one sessions available in the studio or at home, plus corporate lunchtime classes. The aim is a calm haven from city life where every body is nurtured, whether you want to stretch, strengthen, unwind or build an Ashtanga routine.
