Rebirthing Breathwork Ireland

Rebirthing Breathwork Ireland is a breathwork practice led by Geraldine Aherne, a Rebirthing Breathwork teacher and trainer working from Athlone. The approach is gentle, body-led and trauma-informed, using continuous connected breathing to support emotional awareness, nervous system regulation and self-connection, with the client always in control of the experience.

One-to-one sessions are offered in three forms: dry rebirthing, warm water rebirthing in a hot tub, and cold water rebirthing. Sessions can be held in person or over Zoom. The studio also runs a professional Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner training pathway and an annual residential retreat.

Geraldine's work is rooted in Irish ancestral traditions and draws on her background in Reiki, womb healing, keening and Family Constellations.
