Reformer One is a dedicated Pilates and Yoga studio in Co. Meath with locations in Trim and Navan, and was the first studio of its kind in the Trim area. Upstairs in Trim (8 reformers) and throughout the Navan studio (10 reformers), small-group Reformer Pilates classes run from beginner through improver and intermediate levels, plus jumpboard sessions.

They suit injury recovery, core strength, posture and spinal health. Downstairs in Trim, a heated studio hosts Hot Yoga and Mat Pilates, with a focus on alignment, breath, flexibility and mobility. Classes are around 50 minutes, taught by expert instructors, and booked online through Momence.

One-to-one sessions and an introductory workshop are available for anyone who prefers not to start in a group. The studio is adults-only (under 18s are not admitted).
