RMG Fitness

RMG Fitness is a boutique fitness and recovery studio based in Scouts Hall on Irish Street in Ardee, Co. Louth, with a second studio now open in Kingscourt. It is known for challenging, energising Reformer Pilates, plus Hot Yoga, Sweat Pilates in a 38 degree heated room, Barre Pilates and spin classes.

Alongside classes there is a gym, a recovery room with compression boots, physical therapy and injury rehabilitation, and one-to-one personal training or small group training of no more than four people.

The studio is led by physical therapist Ronan Mc Gahan, with nearly two decades in health and fitness, and Siobhan, a Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor who blends classical and contemporary styles with warmth and creativity. Single classes start from €13 for spin and €22 for Reformer Pilates, with class blocks and flexible multi-class passes available.
