Root & Reach Pilates

Root & Reach Pilates offers contemporary mat Pilates in small, supportive classes led by founder and instructor Alison Bates, with a focus on deep core strength, functional mobility and posture. Beginner classes start gently from the foundations, and options are offered for every level, so newcomers, people recovering from injury and long-time practitioners are all welcome. Weekly classes in Tomhaggard include Core + Control on Thursday evenings and Wake + Flow on Saturday mornings, each 45 minutes, with a second venue at Kinfolk in Wexford Town.
