Sacred Lotus Yoga is a welcoming, inclusive yoga practice at Castleknock Community Centre in Dublin 15, led by Sara Treanor, a 200hr-trained, Yoga Alliance Professionals-accredited teacher with seven years of teaching experience.

Classes suit all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to experienced yogis, and blend Yin and Vinyasa flows with an awareness of Pranayama breathwork. Each class runs about 60 minutes, with sessions on Sunday mornings, Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings and evenings. The aim is to awaken the body, nourish the soul and soothe the mind.

Occasional seasonal workshops, such as the Stillness & Sound autumn workshop, add to the weekly schedule.
