Endorfin is a Scandinavian mobile sauna experience based at Boatstrand Harbour on the Waterford coast, built around contrast therapy: a beautiful pine wood mobile sauna paired with invigorating ice-cold plunge barrels and sea dips. Sessions are aimed at relaxation, improved circulation, pain relief, faster recovery and better performance.

For those who want more, Endorfin offers add-on packages that combine the heat and cold with a 15-minute guided mobility flow, a tailored HIIT session, or all three in the Total Incorporation experience. Bookings are made online with small groups and clearly listed time slots.
