Shauna's Clinical Pilates Shauna's Online

Shauna's Clinical Pilates is a small-group Pilates studio in Newtownforbes, Co. Longford, led by Stott-trained instructor Shauna Slowey, with classes capped at six or fewer clients. Since March 2020 Shauna has also offered online classes, where members move the spine in all planes, mobilise the shoulders and hips, and build core strength, stamina and flexibility.

Classes use small props such as a resistance band, stability ball, soft ball, Pilates ring and hand weights. The online library includes beginners, pre-natal, chair and regular Pilates classes, with a free-standing brief introduction class available.
