Sligo Regional Sports Centre in Cleveragh, Sligo is a family-friendly leisure and fitness centre built around a 25 metre heated swimming pool, a heated children's pool, a jacuzzi and a steam room.

Members can also train in an air-conditioned gymnasium with cardio equipment, treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, rowing machines and a stretching and weights area, or use the spacious sports hall for basketball, football, badminton and gymnastics.

The centre runs a weekly-updated pool timetable with public lanes, public swim sessions, aqua aerobics, senior swim, and adult and children's swimming lessons, alongside clubs such as swim, tri, kayak and surf lifesaving.
