Sligo ITF Taekwon-Do is a friendly, properly affiliated ITF Taekwon-Do club training at Summerhill College in Sligo. Founded in 2017 by 4th Degree Black Belt Stephen Kohlmann, it offers age-based classes for kids (8+), teens and adults, with separate beginner and current-member sessions on Mondays and Fridays, plus a Sunday open mat for grading and competition preparation.

Instructors hold Sport Ireland coaching and safeguarding qualifications, and include a former Irish National Team member and World Championship medallist. Classes build technique, fitness, confidence, focus and respect through ITF patterns, controlled semi-contact sparring and optional competition.

The club is affiliated with the Irish Taekwon-Do Association and ITF, and your first class is free.
