SMAC Gym is an 8,000 sq ft training facility in the heart of Clackmannanshire, offering a 3,500 sq ft 24/7 gym floor with strength and cardio equipment, group fitness classes (Circuit, Lift & Burn, TRX, Fitness Kickboxing, Boxing, Ladies Fitness Kickboxing), a SPRINT indoor cycling studio, and a full martial arts programme including Taekwon-Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Grappling, and Boxing for juniors and adults.
Personal training and small-group coaching are also available.
