Sonkei Judo Club offers judo lessons for children and adults, from first-time beginners to experienced students. Classes are kept to small groups so instructors can give each student individual attention, and group and individual sessions are available.

Training builds a foundation of basic techniques such as correct hand and foot movements, joint locking and safe falling, with minimal harmful contact. New students simply tell the instructor and receive a full safety run-down. The club is wheelchair accessible, has parking, and offers a free consultation.
