Spring Pilates is a calm, intimate boutique reformer Pilates studio in Carrigrohane, Cork, with just 8 reformers per class. Small-group sessions are led by experienced, certified instructors and designed to strengthen, lengthen and restore the body.

The timetable runs from slower Foundation and Beginner classes through the signature Mixed Level class to an advanced Strength class and a Men's Reformer class. Athletic, strength-focused sessions suit runners and active clients. New clients can start with a 4-class intro pack, and private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions are also available.
