St Brigid's Boxing Club Edenderry is a non-profit community boxing club founded in September 1933 to serve the children of Edenderry and the surrounding area. Open to all ages and levels, it keeps membership deliberately low-cost, with group lessons at €40 a year for over 11s and €20 a year for under 11s.

The club has produced county, provincial, national, European and world medallists as well as Olympians, and since admitting its first female boxers in 2012 it has become one of the leading female boxing clubs in the world.

It hosts the world's largest all-female international sparring camp, with an annual summer camp of 200+ boxers from 25+ countries and year-round camps for teams and individuals, led by AIBA 3-Star Coach Liam Morley Brereton, with on-site accommodation available.
