Stephen Hurley Health & Fitness Arklow

Stephen Hurley Health & Fitness is Arklow's leading functional training facility, offering a full schedule of group fitness classes alongside one-to-one personal training, small group personal training and strength and conditioning for larger groups and teams.

Small group sessions run for an hour and are capped at 8 people, with up to 30 sessions a week to fit around busy schedules. The coaching is client-focused, with an inclusive, encouraging atmosphere and a clean, well-equipped space that suits every fitness level, from first-timers and people returning after a break to those with injury concerns.

New members can start with the Kickstart Introductory Program, which includes an initial consultation, a 1-to-1 session, eight small group PT sessions, weekly check-ins and nutritional support. A Southeast Spine & Sports Injury Clinic physiotherapy studio is also on site.
