Strength HQ is a small-group training studio in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, offering coached strength and conditioning, spin classes and exclusive gym access. Sessions are capped at six people, so every class is coached and every slot is guaranteed, with no crowds and no waiting for equipment.

Around 20 classes run each week, including 10 spin sessions with morning and evening slots Monday to Friday, and members with fob access can book hourly open-gym slots between 6AM and 10PM, seven days a week. Memberships and classes are priced separately, so you only pay for what you use.

The studio is run by founder and S&C coach Keith, who coaches clients across Ireland through KD Coach, and co-founder and spin coach Linda.
