StretchFit is a specialist assisted-stretching studio brand built around patented, purpose-built equipment that makes stretching safe, simple and effective for any body.

Sessions are anatomically based: each muscle group is isolated and stretched methodically, with holds of 2 to 3 minutes using PNF (contract/relax) stretching, a technique common in physiotherapy and osteopathy.

Clients can choose relaxed private group sessions or solo sessions with the concept's creators, Anthony Lett and Kenyi Diaz, aimed at posture, pain relief, wellbeing, sport performance and recovery. There is a dedicated first-timers page, a shop with equipment, vouchers and workshops, and a StretchFit Academy for stretch education.

The brand has studios on five continents and trainees in over 30 countries.
