Activate is a coached strength and conditioning gym on Ballycasheen Road, just off the Cork Road in Killarney, Co. Kerry, run by founders Roisin and Brian Foley. Daily CrossFit, HYROX and Pilates classes (Reformer and Mat) sit alongside yoga, nutrition coaching, and programmes for teens, kids and older adults, including a well-known masters strength and conditioning programme.

Every new member begins with a relaxed, no-workout intro chat and one-to-one starter sessions, and memberships include coaching, 90-day progress check-ins and member events. Luxury showers and changing rooms are on site, and the sister gym FORM, 50 metres down the road, offers personal training.

The tone is friendly and community-driven, built around the motto "Train Hard, Have Fun and Belong".
