The Ennis Yoga Studio, founded in 2008 by Brenda Byrne, is a welcoming yoga space in the heart of Ennis, Co. Clare, where classes are open to all levels, ages and bodies. Brenda's multidisciplinary classes weave together Vinyasa-based flow, somatic body work, breathwork and meditation, leaving students grounded, relaxed and more connected.

The studio also hosts classes from other local teachers, including sculpt and align, kundalini, and yoga for stress, as well as restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, live Zoom classes and a catalogue of pre-recorded sessions. A small yoga shop sells kit bags, blocks and massage balls.
