The Gym Ballina is a community-focused gym on Bunree Road in Ballina, Co. Mayo, combining a well-equipped main floor with squat racks, dumbbells and plate-loaded machines, plus a dedicated MMA area out the back.

As an SBG (Straight Blast Gym) affiliate, it runs MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programmes for all levels, from beginners to seasoned fighters, alongside group classes, HYROX training and a Rec Zone. Members book classes and track progress through the studio's own iOS and Android app, and a 3D virtual tour lets newcomers look around before visiting.
