The Health Hub is a fully equipped gym and studio on Kilkelly Road in Swinford, Co. Mayo, with the welcoming motto "Every Body Welcome". It runs a broad timetable of classes, including Mixed Circuit, HIIT & Core, Ladies Who Lift, Body Pump, Box Fit, Kettlebells, Spin, Yoga, Pilates and Bums & Tums. Instructors keep sessions friendly and enjoyable for all levels.

Members can train on a monthly membership, a class pass or pay-as-you-go. One-to-one personal training and team conditioning sessions are also available. Memberships cover individuals, students, couples, over-60s and teens, and class booking is handled online.
