The Hot Box Sauna is an Irish sauna and cold plunge brand that began in 2021 with a hand-built trailer sauna on the banks of the River Boyne and now runs several locations across the country, including a shared sauna at Victoria Road, Ballintemple in Cork. The Cork site features varied-temperature plunge pools, an indoor hot shower and an outdoor cold shower.

Sessions follow a Sweat, Plunge, Relax rhythm, pairing deep sustained heat with cold immersion to support circulation, recovery and mental clarity. Depending on the location you can book exclusive private saunas or join shared social sessions where the cost is split.

All saunas are hand-crafted in Ireland by sister company Aalto Saunas, and the brand also sells sauna essentials such as insulated bottles, sauna hats and body oils.
