The Iron Kingdom Gym is Longford's largest gym, with over 10,000 sq ft of training space across two floors at West Link Business Park on the Athlone Road. It combines premium equipment, including Hammer Strength and Life Fitness machines, free weights, squat racks and cardio areas, with certified coaches offering bodybuilding, hybrid, HIIT and fat-loss coaching.

Small-group Hybrid Training classes are built around race preparation and simulation, free for members and bookable online by non-members. On-site extras include the Fuel Bar for coffee and protein shakes and a supplement shop. The gym is open seven days a week, with extended hours on weekdays, and offers a free one-day trial for newcomers.
