The Pilates Room is a Limerick reformer Pilates brand run by physiotherapist and instructor Christian, with 15 years of experience and three studios: Groody in Castletroy (the main hub, also home to clinical rehab classes and a women's health physio), Garryowen Rugby Club in Dooradoyle, and Padel LK on Ballysimon Road.

Small-group classes run to more than 60 a week and cover Beginners, Fitness (Levels 1–3), Strength, Barre, Clinical Rehab and Pregnancy/Postnatal Reformer Pilates, plus corporate classes. First-timers can start with an 8-week Beginners Reformer course, and memberships and class bundles work across all three studios.

Expect a friendly, inclusive, community-minded atmosphere with personal attention from instructors.
