A boutique, instructor-owned Pilates studio in Midleton, East Cork, led by STOTT-certified instructor Lindsay. The studio offers daily classes across mat, reformer, tower, barre, prenatal and Over 55s Pilates, with courses and no-commitment drop-in sessions from beginner to intermediate levels.

Specialist training covers scoliosis management, osteoporosis management, breast cancer rehabilitation and back care. Private sessions, outdoor classes and on-demand mat programmes are also available, and a second location, the Garden Studio in Rostellan, now runs classes too.

Clients book online through the studio's shop or the LegitFit app, and a small shop sells apparel, Pilates equipment and gift vouchers.
