The Recovery Rooms Ratoath is a wellness and recovery centre in the Village Centre courtyard in Ratoath, Co. Meath, right beside The Salt Rooms. It is built for recuperating and rehabilitating after any type of exercise, with the aim of flushing lactic acid, improving mobility, reducing inflammation, boosting circulation and supporting detoxification.

The facilities include an Avantpool two-person cold bath, a 7-person jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna, full-body cryosauna, Air Relax compression boots, massage chairs, foam rollers and massage guns, and slimming pods combining vacuum and infrared treadmill technology.

Walk-in sessions are available, though booking ahead is advised, and team, group and out-of-hours bookings can be arranged. Visitors can choose one-off sessions, session packages or monthly memberships.
