The Workshop Health & Fitness is a community-based gym and training centre in Newport, Co. Tipperary, with its main facility on Jail Street in the Arrabawn Retail Centre. The open gym is fully equipped with cardio machines, free weights, plate-loaded and selectorised strength equipment, and functional training gear such as sleds, kettlebells, sandbags and TRX.

Alongside it, a separate Small Group Training studio in Newport runs high-energy group sessions, and a second small group facility is planned for Ballina. The timetable mixes open gym sessions, small group training and metabolic conditioning classes like WORK, bookable online. Personal training, nutrition guidance and supplements are also on offer.

Memberships cover adult, student/over-50s and couples options with unlimited gym access.
