The Workshop Health & Fitness is a community-based fitness centre in County Tipperary, Ireland, with a fully equipped gym and a separate small group training studio in Newport. A new small group training facility is opening in Ballina in Spring 2026.

The team offers personal training, small group training and dynamic fitness classes led by certified trainers, plus nutrition guidance and supplements. The Newport gym has cardio equipment, free weights, strength machines and a functional training area with sleds, kettlebells, sandbags and Hyrox-style gear.

Open gym sessions and classes are booked online, and memberships include student/over 50s, adult and couples options.
