Tigers Lair Gym is a purpose-built functional fitness suite opened in November 2020 by Aaron and Shar Rogers, located within Rogers JiuJitsu Academy in Gosport. The gym features free weights ranging from 1–50kg, cardio equipment including an assault bike, treadmills, rowing machine and StairMaster, cable machines, and suspension training equipment.
Members can access the gym as a standalone membership or combine it with unlimited martial arts classes. Teenagers aged 14–16 must be accompanied by a membership-paying adult.
