TMpilates

TMpilates is a small wellbeing studio led by instructor Thérese, offering in-person group classes at Leighlinbridge Parish Centre alongside online classes, private sessions and a growing on-demand video library.

The timetable mixes Pilates (beginners and improvers, mixed levels, intermediate, a class for men and a props-based class) with FAMO fascia movement, stretch and release, movement and yin yoga. Classes focus on postural alignment, efficient breathing and deep core engagement, with clear guidance and plenty of personal attention.

Thérese began as a massage therapist and later trained in Pilates, Kinaesthetic Movement and Fascial Slings. Retreats and workshops are also offered for a deeper experience.
