True Fitness Naas is a small-group training studio in Naas, Co. Kildare, built around coach-led strength and conditioning. Members choose from four class formats: Strength, a personalised programme with coach support; Blitz, efficient strength-and-conditioning sessions for busy schedules; Engine, low-impact machine-based cardio; and Survival, high-energy full-body circuits.

Personal training, InBody body-composition scans and nutrition coaching, including a 12-week 1-to-1 programme and a 6-week Reset programme, round out the offer. Trial sessions let newcomers try classes before committing.
