Urban Gym

Urban Gym is a community-focused small group training gym in Woodbine Business Park, New Ross, Co. Wexford, founded by Andy and Marina. Its signature LIFT programme is small group personal training at a 1:9 coach-to-member ratio, covering strength, conditioning and hypertrophy, while SWEAT is a high-energy, varied conditioning class built to boost aerobic capacity.

Newcomers start with a 30-day trial that includes a consultation over coffee, a body composition analysis and a 1:1 'Move Better' session, followed by weekly coach check-ins. The ethos is ego-free and beginner-friendly, with no mirrors, experienced coaches who meet you at your level, online training support and regular community events.
