V Flow Pilates is a private, female-led classical Pilates studio in Cloneen, Co. Tipperary, run by certified instructor Vera Fitzgerald. The studio offers classical reformer Pilates, mat Pilates and infrared-heated strength-based Pilates, taught as a complete, integrated system.

Clients have access to reformers, Pilates towers, Wunda chairs, spine correctors, ladder barrels, foot correctors and a breathaciser. Reformer classes are kept small and private, so every client gets close guidance and attention to technique.

Sessions run from beginner and improver through to intermediate, with Saturday reformer classes from 7am to 12 noon, Monday evening classical reformer, and mat classes on Tuesday evenings. Semi-private sessions to share with a friend and 1:1 private lessons by appointment are also available.
