Yoga Hook is an award-winning wellness sanctuary in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, founded in 2017 by Nina. Winner of the 2024 Muddy Awards for Best Yoga & Pilates Studio in Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire, the studio brings together over 20 carefully selected, highly skilled teachers offering more than 100 classes each month.
The diverse timetable spans hot yoga (30–35°C), heated yoga, room-temperature yoga, mat Pilates, flying yoga, pregnancy yoga, family yoga, and fitness classes — with all levels welcome, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Yoga Hook also offers floatation therapy, studio and therapy room hire, events, and gift cards.
The studio's mission is to help members build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, reduce stress and injury, and live their best, most balanced lives.
