Yoga in Kerry

Yoga in Kerry is the home of certified Iyengar yoga teacher Bridget Moriarty, who teaches classes across County Kerry from Killorglin, Ballyfinnane and Killarney. Most Killorglin classes meet at the Yoga Seomra in the Sean Scoil. Bridget qualified as an Iyengar teacher in 2010 and continues to train in Dublin, London and India.

The weekly timetable includes mixed-level classes, men's yoga, seniors yoga, athletes yoga and Level 1 and Level 2 classes, plus one-to-one sessions and groups for children, schools and communities. Classes run in six-week blocks, and newcomers are asked to contact Bridget first so she can make sure there is space.
