Yoga Sacred Space is a Wicklow-based yoga studio and online yoga school founded by Teresa Murphy Moore, who has taught for almost twenty years. Her style is strong yet fluid, welcoming to all ages and levels, blending flowing asana, breathwork, meditation, mantra and Bhakti yoga with uplifting music.

The studio is best known for its Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training, including a self-paced 200-hour online course (with Zoom lectures, workbooks and 12-month access), a 200-hour hybrid option and a 50-hour programme.

It also hosts retreats, masterclasses and events, such as a St Brigid's Day wellness weekend and visits from Bryan Kest, and shares teachings through an online video library, podcasts and a journal.
