Yoga with Evangeline Cavan

Yoga with Evangeline is a small, personal yoga offering run by Evangeline, a 500hr Yoga Alliance certified instructor based in County Cavan, Ireland, who has been studying, practising and teaching yoga since 2011.

Her feel-good classes aim to strengthen and lengthen the body while calming and focusing the mind, with benefits ranging from stress reduction and improved flexibility to relief from back pain and better sleep. Weekly indoor classes run in Ballinamore, Ballyconnell, Cavan and Belturbet, typically as multi-week courses.

Each session opens with an accessible meditation and pranayama (breathing exercise), moves through a vinyasa flow sequence and ends in Savasana. Classes are inclusive of all ages and abilities, with an emphasis on listening to your body and moving at your own pace in a laid-back, supportive environment. Students are asked to bring their own mat.

Evangeline also offers corporate classes for local businesses and yoga for school children, and has a love of nature that inspires outdoor classes.
